How the conversion works

Fortnite turns you 0.005555° per mouse count at sens 1 (per 1%); Valorant turns 0.07°. To keep the same physical movement, the sens scales by the ratio of those yaws: 0.005555 ÷ 0.07 = 0.0794. Your DPI stays out of it as long as it's the same in both games.

One caveat: Fortnite's sensitivity slider is tied to your field of view, so a percentage conversion is an approximation that holds at the standard FOV (80). If you run a custom FOV, treat the converted number as a starting point and verify by feel, or better by measuring your cm/360 with a ruler.

Assumes the same DPI in both games; the number that transfers between games is the physical distance (cm/360). Most pros land between 25 and 55 cm.

What changes between Fortnite and Valorant

Fortnite expresses sensitivity as X and Y percentages that scale with field of view (the conversion assumes the default 80 FOV), plus separate Targeting, Scope, Building and Editing percentages.

Valorant's hipfire value is Sensitivity: Aim, kept to three decimals. Scopes are governed by the Scoped Sensitivity Multiplier (default 1.0), which scales off hipfire. Pros mostly sit between 0.25 and 0.45 at 800 DPI.

Take your X sensitivity percentage (Y is normally the same). The result assumes the default 80 FOV; a custom FOV shifts it, so verify with the cm/360 readout. Fortnite's Targeting percentage maps to Valorant's Scoped Sensitivity Multiplier, but Valorant expresses it as a multiplier of hipfire, not a standalone percent.

Questions

How do I convert Fortnite sensitivity to Valorant?

Multiply your Fortnite sens by 0.0794 (the ratio of the games' yaw values, 0.005555 / 0.07). At the same DPI this keeps your physical mouse movement identical: 6.3% in Fortnite becomes 0.500 in Valorant.

Does my Fortnite scoped or ADS sensitivity carry over to Valorant?

Not by itself. In Fortnite, Targeting Sensitivity and Scope Sensitivity are their own percentages, independent of X/Y. In Valorant, scopes use the Scoped Sensitivity Multiplier, a factor applied to your hipfire sens (default 1.0). Convert hipfire with the multiplier above, then set Valorant's scoped value so it matches how you have Fortnite set up.

Do I need the same DPI in both games?

The simple multiplier assumes the same DPI. If you change DPI too, use the full formula: target sens = (source DPI × source sens × source yaw) ÷ (target DPI × target yaw). The converter above handles this automatically.

A converted number is a starting point; your hands confirm it. Run a couple of free rounds and feel whether the distance is right.
