Why the numbers differ between games

Each game maps one mouse count to a fixed rotation, called yaw. Valorant turns 0.07° per count at sens 1; CS2 turns 0.022°. Same mouse movement, different arithmetic — which is why a Valorant 0.5 and a CS2 1.59 are the same aim. The conversion just rescales your number by the ratio of the two yaws, exactly as the working line on the display shows.

Deadlock is the conversion people get wrong most. Because both games run on Source 2, a widespread claim says the sensitivity is 1:1 with CS2. It is not: measured data puts Deadlock's yaw at 0.044, exactly double CS2's 0.022, so the same number turns you twice as far. Halve your CS2 sens for Deadlock (or double it coming the other way) and your cm/360 carries over exactly.

Assumes the same DPI in both games; the number that actually transfers is the physical distance (cm/360). Most pros land between 25 and 55 cm.

Rainbow Six Siege and GTA V are deliberately absent: Siege uses a patch-dependent multiplier system and GTA's slider is non-linear, so a single trustworthy number doesn't exist for them.
