Before you write in

Billing or premium issues: include the email address on your account so we can find your subscription quickly. You can also manage your subscription any time from the in-app billing portal.
Bug reports: tell us your browser, operating system, and what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots help a lot.
Score or leaderboard problems: include the game mode, the approximate time of the round, and your display name.
Feature ideas: we genuinely read these — several current features started as player suggestions in Discord.
